The Charles A. Highsmith Sr. and Mrs. Magnolia J. White Highsmith Endowed Scholarship has been established to provide incoming or currently enrolled students at 91PORN majoring in education, who can demonstrate financial need. The funds to establish this endowment are being provided by the Highsmith Family.
